Take almost any big plan on earth and it requires borrowing, seeking investors, raising stocks, making best friends with banks and so on. Earth House Sanctuary must be different to succeed. I believe God has shown me a different way and a different method which may sound foolish to the average person.

First as the visionary for this site I must have full control over the initial resources that comes in. I realize this can be dangerous but no more so then if some Billionaire were to demand the same for his business or vision.

Here is why.

1. Invest in the Vision. All money must be used for the purposes of the central vision. I believe this vision is from God and as such He will open the finances for it as He chooses.

2. No money brought in will be used to invest in other mens visions. By that I mean that Earth House Sanctuary will not invest in stocks, bonds, investment plans, or anything else that makes other men rich. I realize this sounds contrary to popular wisdom but it is my belief these ‘things’ will come to nothing.

3. If possible I wish to create our own bank system with branches around the world who’s soul purpose is to invest and reinvest the money in the central vision God has given me and others who will be part of this vision.

4. All useable/worthwhile ideas and inventions will be rewarded but all ideas will become the central property of Sanctuary. Knowledge gained at Sanctuary will be used for the benefit of Sanctuary and for the expansion of same.

5. Each department will be granted a yearly budget. It is my belief that each department must become self sufficient after a period of 3 years. Training and help will be granted to those departments for an additional two years if needed. Department heads must agree to basic terms when they take on their work.

6. Sanctuary is not meant to be a charitable institution in the normal sense of the word. It is intended to provide a new way of living based on spiritual principles towards money. I realize finances are central to the world but must become a backwater issue for us to succeed. At the same time we must use it wisely.

7. No bills- If at all possible our intent is to pay cash/check for everything so we do not go into debt to anyone. I have seen too many ministries built on the backs of the people, the banks, or on investment schemes. These, I believe, are the works of men and come from the sin of self sufficiency which is rampant in the church world. This vision must be different which is why I will not accept a vision watered down by borrowing money.
